Which means the filter may need to be replaced.
It is recommended to change the filter once every 6-8 months.
But sooner or later depending on how often you use the purifier and the environment in which it is being used.
Just like the original filter that came with every AerClear Air Purifier, AerClear Replacement Filter has triple filter components: Pre-Filter, True HEPA Filter and Activated Charcoal Filter.
Pre-Filter traps large particles usually visible in the human eyes like pet hair, fur, lint, smoke and dust.
True HEPA Filter filters pollen, dust mites, dander, spores and allergens.
Activated Charcoal Filter reduce unwanted odors from pets, cigarette smoke, cooking fumes, and harmful VOCs emitted from various household products.
This 3-stage air filtration effectively removes 99.97% of air particles down to 0.03 microns.
